Memorial Day

For Memorial Day we had the best time just hanging out together and playing at the park! Halle's favorite thing is the swings. She looks so cute in them because she is such a runt - I think we could probably fit at least 3 of her in the baby swing. :)

Seminary Graduation

Chris (Kim's brother) graduated from Seminary on Sunday. Congrats Chris! We love you!

Ten Months Old!

Wow, so Halle turned 10 months old yesterday! I can't believe it has almost been a whole year already! She is still behind developmentally the kids her age, but she is working hard on catching up. We think she is doing great and are so proud of her! We sure do love our little peanut!

Good Morning Sunshine!

What a sweet thing to wake up to every morning! :) Silly baby - she can barely sit up by herself, she can't crawl, but she can stand hanging on to her crib by herself forever and practically runs around the house in her walker! Go figure. :)

Kim's Pup, Kim's Car, and Kim's Blog

So Kim decided on a permanent name for his puppy, instead of calling her Belle he named her Spring because she is part Springer and the name just seemed to fit her. Cheesey? Yes, but it's so cute and really does fit her. So Spring she shall be! She is such a good dog, so obedient. We are having so much fun with her! We really haven't had any problems with her, we are actually surprised at what a good dog she is for a puppy. Her previous owners left her tied to the adoption center's door knob, so she just seems so happy to finally have a home and family. :)

Kim has been looking around for a work vehicle because right now he is driving his Dad's old 1972 Ford truck and it is burning quite the hole in his pocket - that thing is a gas hog! So we were very blessed and found an excellent deal on a 2000 Subaru Impreza that will end up saving us quite a bit of money. We are very grateful for how things worked out.

Kim created a new blog! He totally surprised me by this and I am so proud of him! It is a photography blog in memory of his Dad. He was an excellent photographer and has quite the collection of pictures Kim would like to share. Kim's mom is letting him borrow his Dad's pride and joy - his camera - so that he can work on his photography and will be posting his work on the blog as well. He doesn't have any posts yet, but the address is svfocalpointphotography.blogspot.com. Take a look!
